OUR MISSION
The Russell Wilson Quarterback Academy is dedicated to providing the highest level of instruction for quarterbacks of all ages, NFL, College, and High School. We strive to provide the most cutting edge training in every aspect of the position such as, diagnosing and correcting mechanical flaws, understanding and recognizing fronts and coverages, pocket presence, and footwork. Our coaching staff brings a wealth of knowledge from their experiences in the NFL and Collegiate football that they cannot wait to share.
At RWQB, we believe in not only developing great quarterbacks, but also all around great young men. We want our quarterbacks to be leaders of their football teams and leaders in their communities! We promise to bring high energy, passion, and a family-like atmosphere to our athletes and their families. We are devoted to creating a hard-working and positive environment, for our athletes to reach their optimal potential.

RUSSELL WILSON
Super Bowl Champion and NFL Denver Broncos franchise quarterback, Russell Wilson is dedicated to making the game of football accessible to kids across the world. His mission through RWQB is to teach kids how to play the QB position the right way, and to empower them to become team leaders both on and off the field.
Head Coach
Jake Heaps
Former NFL QB and member of the coveted Elite 11 coaching staff, Jake’s goal is to help young QBs play at the highest level. Jake founded ‘Empire QB Academy’ back in his playing days, and eventually partnered with Russell Wilson to create RWQB. In addition to training Russell during the off-season, Jake has worked with a variety of youth QBs, top HS prospects, and collegiate QBs all across the US.
DIRECTOR
Scott Pickett
Passionate for the sport of football, through RWQB, Scott looks to help develop the athletes of today, so that they can become the leaders of tomorrow. In addition to his role as President of RWQB, Scott serves as both the Co-Founder and Camp Director for the Russell Wilson Passing Academy, and as a member of the Board of Directors at the Why Not You Foundation.

PILI LANGMAN
Pili comes from a background in collegiate athletics. She worked at Florida State University Athletics while she earned her M.S. in Sport Management. She’s been supporting the Russell Wilson QB and Passing Academies since her time as an intern in 2018, and is on a mission to create a path for women in the sports industry while impacting lives along the way.
